Originally from Union Island, Tim relocated to Carriacou over a decade ago and noticed a missing piece in the local culinary scene: a dedicated space where people could truly unwind. Driven by a passion for authentic island hospitality, he founded Tim's Sunset Beach Bar and Restaurant.
